The track for “Deja Vu” resembles Bryson Tiller’s “Exchange.” 1da and Vinylz took issue with Foreign Teck of The Mekanics for creating a beat they claim was originally their work. “Maybe [Foreign Teck] can explain why to y’all why [Bryson Tiller’s] ‘Exchange’ and ‘Deja Vu’ sound similar… right [Vinylz]?” Boi-1da posted on Twitter.
